Heliwork Services has UK CAA and EASA approvals to perform repairs on main and tail rotor blades for the Leonardo AW109, AW119 and AW139 platforms.

To support this capability, a purpose-built 10,000 sq ft hangar facility was refurbished specifically for blade inspection, repair and overhaul activities. All blade repairs are carried out by a highly experienced team of technicians using approved processes, tooling and materials.

Each blade undergoes a detailed inspection to assess damage, erosion or wear before repair work is undertaken in accordance with approved maintenance data and regulatory requirements. Throughout the process, strict quality controls are applied to ensure structural integrity, performance and airworthiness are maintained.
