The company holds UK CAA and EASA approvals to perform repair and overhaul on a wide range of Bell, AgustaBell and Leonardo helicopter components. Heliwork Services is currently the only organisation external to Leonardo authorised to carry out Main Transmission and Tail Rotor Gearbox overhauls.

Facilities include magnetic particle and fluorescent particle NDT inspection capabilities, component disassembly areas with vapour degreasing, paint stripping tanks, bead blasting equipment, controlled inspection and assembly areas.

All work is performed in accordance with approved data and regulatory requirements, with detailed documentation provided to support continuing airworthiness. Heliwork Services delivers technically robust solutions focused on safety, reliability and long-term component performance.
